Hi, I'm Amy Kerman-Gutzmer. I created Everyday Yoga Escape to make a space for you to escape from your everyday.
I teach yoga in the Chicago Suburbs and am a presenter at conferences to create your best life. I love teaching new students and experienced alike, but I really love to help people who never thought they could do yoga see that they too can find ways to incorporate yoga into their lives. I truly believe that yoga is for every body and there are different aspects that can help us all!
I know that not everyone has the time to come to a class so I wanted to create a mini escape for you. Even if you only have 5 minutes, I want you to be able to experience the transformative effects of yoga. Take a deep breath and read on.
