Hi, I'm Amy Kerman-Gutzmer. I created Everyday Yoga Escape to make a space for you to escape from your everyday.
I started the site with the intention of helping you find your inner calm through yoga and meditation, and since then, it has evolved into so much more.
I've been a teacher of yoga, meditation and mindfulness for over ten years. During that same period, I've also been an avid student of personal development and energy healing as well. I've been able to start incorporating both into my programs and now I'm on a mission to help you find the power within!
I teach yoga in the Chicago Suburbs and am a presenter at conferences and workshops to create your best life. You can also find me on various publications and podcasts.
I'd love to be able to work with everyone in person, but I know that not everyone has the time to come to a class or travel to a workshop so I created a mini escape for you with my online yoga studio. Even if you only have 5 minutes, I want you to be able to experience the transformative effects of yoga. Take a look around the site to learn new ways to incorporate short escapes into your day.
In my classes, I often have people say they wish they could take my voice home with them to help them to sleep better at night...so I created a guided visualization just for that reason that you can get for free just by signing up for my newsletter.
