I wanted to share a really simple way to use The Everyday Reset — nothing complicated, just what I personally recommend.

You don’t need a lot of time, and you don’t have to “keep up” with anything.

Just think of this as something that’s here for you throughout your day.

Start here (this takes 2–3 minutes):

• Open the app

• Do the quick morning check-in

• Choose one short calming ritual or yoga practice it gives you (even just a minute or two)

That’s it.

Here's a little video I made showing you what it looks like inside.

A simple way to use it each day:

Morning — a quick check-in to start your day feeling a little more grounded

During the day — come back if you feel overwhelmed, tense, or just a little “off”

Evening — something calming if your mind won’t slow down

Some days you might want something longer. Other days, just a minute is enough.

One thing that really helps: If you allow notifications, the app can gently remind you to check in — just a small nudge on your phone to come back to yourself during the day. It will look something like the image below.

A lot of people find that helpful, especially in the beginning.

There’s no right way to use this.

You’re not trying to do everything — just one small moment at a time.

And if you ever feel unsure what to do, just open it and start with the check-in. That’s always the best place to begin.

One feature you might not know about (my favorite):

The chat feature.

You can:

• ask for something specific (like help with sleep)

• or adjust what’s been suggested (like asking for a longer practice)

It’s at the bottom of the app — look for:“Have a question about today? Talk with your coach.”

I’d love to hear how you're using it whenever you try it!

If you'd like to try it, you can get started here: [Start using The Everyday Reset]
