Tuesday Tip of the Day: Quick Tip to Eat More Mindfully.

A quick tip to help you eat more mindfully is to slow down!

If you have time, make your plate look pretty and sit down at a table to eat.

When you take a bite, focus on chewing and pay attention as you chew. Put down your fork. Take a deep breath. Maybe even drink a sip of water. THEN you are ready for your next bite.
